What is Women’s Embodiment?

If I could take a guess, I would say you are here because you feel there is more for you in this life, or perhaps because there are some things you know need addressing inside of you, or patterns of self-sabotage or dis-ease that you would like to change.

This is exactly the work I do, and I will share with you a bit more about my process below.

Thank you for being here.

I have spent the last decade actively seeking out the teachings and practises that could bring me back into connection with myself, my body, and my personal power, that could heal my physical health, and deepen my relationships and love for life.

Over the past 7+ years of teaching and holding space for women I have slowly refined the methodology that I use, and the areas of focus that I work with in my group programs and 1:1 client sessions.

Women are divinely complex creatures, and we need spaces that understand this and support the many layers of our being, so we can truly thrive in our bodies, creative endeavours, and relationships.

Amongst the many trainings and modalities that I have explored, I woven the teachings and practises together to create the pillars and teachings of Women’s Embodiment.

The Importance of
Women’s Embodiment

Women cannot be treated like men, especially in their healing and embodiment journey.
We must understand the practises and tools that support a woman’s life, because as women we cycle, we bleed, we give birth, we mother, we feel deeply, and we go through many deaths and rebirths along the way.
And regardless of a woman’s choice to mother or not, our needs remain the same; we must support a woman’s cyclical health, the different stages of her life, and how her creative power expresses at different stages.

This is why I created the Pillars of Women’s Embodiment to give you the tools and practises to support you at any stage of your journey.

The 7 Pillars of Women’s Embodiment

For optimal health and wellness, women’s embodiment must cover the following topics in depth:

Physical Wellness

Physical Wellness encompasses the nourishment of the woman through food, herbs, connection to nature, adequate rest and movement.

Emotional Wellness

Emotional Wellness is the fluidity of the emotional and felt-body and the capacity for a woman to feel and express a kaleidoscope of emotions including joy, anger, sadness and fear.

Mental Wellness

Mental Wellness is a woman’s understanding of the stories and beliefs she carries, and her capacity to discern story from truth to support her continual growth.

Cyclical Wellness

Cyclical Wellness includes the health and understanding of a woman’s menstrual cycle (if she bleeds), and her overall cyclical nature and how she is intimately connected with the seasons and cycles regardless of whether she bleeds or not.
Cyclical Wellness is also addressing the needs and creative power at different stages of a woman’s life. Tending specifically to the different stages of Maiden, Mother, Maga and Crone, and to the power of a woman’s rites of passage.

Energetic Wellness

Energetic Wellness encompasses a woman’s connection to her vital life-force. Energetic wellness is the understanding and mastery of her own energy.

Sexual Wellness

Sexual Wellness is a woman’s connection to her sexual nature, her Yoni and her orgasmic essence.

Spiritual Wellness

Spiritual Wellness is a woman’s connection to her soul, to her deeper internal wisdom, and to higher guidance beyond her human self.
